Celebrating its sixth anniversary, Orcutt’s InSPArations Salon is bringing awareness to breast cancer with a ladies’ night on Oct. 22.
Raffle tickets will be sold for $3 apiece at the salon beginning Sept. 21, with all proceeds going to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Entrants can win gift certificates for wine, spa packages, shampoos and styles, and dinners.
The event runs from 4 to 8 p.m., and wine and hors d’ouvres will be served. Women are invited to bring their curling irons, flat irons, and other hair tools for free demonstrations on hairstyling. Customers will also get free skin consultations, chair massages, anti-aging hand scrubs, gifts, and a 25-percent discount on all products.
