Whatever beef Pablo Quiroz Jr. has with his old employer, he made sure the whole world knew about it on June 15.

The former employee of KPMR Entravision, Univision’s Spanish language affiliate in Santa Maria, broadcasted bizarre tweets of himself allegedly vandalizing the TV station during the early morning hours.

Pictures posted to the Twitter account allegedly belonging to Quiroz included hash tags such as #love and #passion and little heart emojis.

But the love wasn’t mutual. Officers from the Santa Maria Police Department were called to the station at the corner of Fairway Drive and A Street. They allegedly found Quiroz inside still trashing the place. He was arrested on suspicion of burglary and felony vandalism, according to the SMPD.

Many of the pictures posted to the account don’t show actual vandalism, but objects inside the station, such as TV cameras, office furniture, and computer equipment.

ā€œTons of free stuff,ā€ one of the tweets said, showing a picture of an undamaged love seat.

But some pictures did show damage. One showed a smashed SUV with the Entravision and Univision logos on the side. Another showed the reflection of a man in a glass window, who appeared to be taking the picture with a smartphone.

ā€œI busted through the door!ā€ another tweet said.

Later that afternoon, the damaged vehicle was still sitting in the back parking lot, several windows were boarded over with plywood, and the Twitter handle, @elreyguardiante, was still scrawled on the glass doors of the building.

Quiroz also did significant damage to the inside of the building, according to SMPD officers.

ā€œHe demolished the place,ā€ said SMPD Sgt. Russ Mengel.

While the damage is obvious, the motivation behind it isn’t. An employee at the station told the Sun that the station is not publicly commenting on the incident.
