On Monday, the family showed up with 1,000 pumpkins to the delight and smiles of the students. The kids wasted no time and rushed to the patch of pumpkins on the school lawn to select their favorite. Later, they decorated them.

ā€œIt’s perfect,ā€ third grader Alexis Solis said in a press release.

Principal Jesely Alvarez praised the Almaguer family for taking the time to ā€œgive backā€ to the children and community.

ā€œIt’s beautiful to see four generations of the Almaguer family work together to provide students with such a generous donation of pumpkins,ā€ Alvarez said.
