It’s time to dress up the trees and donate them to the Guadalupe Dunes Center for its Trees of the Season raffle. The event starts with an open house at 4 p.m. on Dec. 7, followed by the raffle at 6 p.m. at the center at 1055 Guadalupe St., Guadalupe. This year’s theme is “Movies of the Season.” Tree decorators need to provide their own trees or wreaths, none of which may be taller than 6 feet.
Trees must be delivered to the center no later than Nov. 11. Decorators need to RSVP to the Dunes Center no later than Oct. 14 to confirm participation and movie theme. Tree sponsorships are also available starting at $100 to sponsor a wreath and $150 to sponsor a tree. For more information, visit dunescenter.org/events/Trees.html.
