On Thursday, April 22, the Santa Ynez Valley Natural History Society will host a webinar featuring author Lyanda Lynn Haupt (pictured right), who will be discussing her latest book, Rooted: Life at the Crossroads of Science, Nature, and Spirit, at 7 p.m., via Zoom. Haupt has described the new book as an invitation to acknowledge that ā€œtogether we are grounded on this beautiful planet, we are rooted with all beings,ā€ she said in press materials.Ā
