The Lompoc Mural Society is celebrating its 25th anniversary and more than 40 murals with “The Great Lompoc Paint Out,” featuring several mini murals showing at the Lompoc Airport at the end of August.
A free instructional workshop for people wanting to get involved and create a mini mural is June 15 with session 1 at 10 a.m. and session 2 at 11 a.m. at the Anderson Recreation Center, 125 W. Walnut Ave., Lompoc. More information is available at 736-4567, Ext. 223.
