Artists are invited to gather to share information and inspiration at the next Artist Salon meeting, set for Wednesday, Sept. 26, from 5 to 7 p.m. and titled ā€œWhere Art and Nature Meet.ā€

This salon will explore how landscapes, flora, and fauna inspire artists and their work. Attendees will also discuss the Wildling Museum’s upcoming move to Solvang, as well as the new offerings and opportunities the move will foster.

Artists will also be able to enjoy the three shows on exhibit: ā€œWildlings and Wild Placesā€ with art by Patti Jacquemain, ā€œSYV Artist Studio Tour Artists,ā€ and ā€œFamily Summer Collage Project.ā€

Artists are encouraged to bring a bottle of wine or their favorite beverage, or something to munch on. The monthly salons are sponsored by the Artists Guild of the Santa Ynez Valley as part of its ongoing mission to support and encourage local art and the artists who create it.
