Even a Democrat thinks it is dumb.

Democrats are noted for raising taxes and spending wildly on social issues. But here even the speaker of the California Assembly, Democrat Anthony Rendon, had to apply good sense and shelve SB 562 to stop his buddies from bankrupting the state of California with a $400 billion per year, socialist, statewide, comprehensive, single-payer health care bill that would include all illegal Mexican aliens if approved and signed by the Democratic governor. There is not enough money in the whole world to do this.

Everyone in the state would be burdened with a medical system like the VA, where the civil service would get all of the service and the patients would lie dying in the halls on gurneys. This is why the California Nurses Association is pushing this bill. They want lifelong security with no responsibility, just like the VA is. This lets the nurses union control the appointed medical politicians with their election contributions.

Ā Ā  Ā  It is beyond belief what is going on in Sacramento behind the scenes that affect all of us here in California. We have chaos in a little Mexico loose in the halls of Sacramento promoting their special interest agendas, and an all to compliant governor to approve their bills.

It is time for the Republicans to retake the state of California. Just look around the country, states run by Democrats are going bankrupt with social programs, with criminal actions out of control, and rising taxes.

We need to get the government out of the medical insurance business. Look at Medical, Medicare, and Obamacare as so many bad examples of such programs. It is the No. 1 reason the national debt has doubled to $20 trillion in the last eight years. Someone has to pay for the free subsidies to the millions of those who cannot afford insurance.

We should all have private health insurance, if we want it, purchased anywhere we want and not controlled by any self-serving civil servants in government.
