According to an article published July 12, 2017, by The Denver Post, lawmakers, police, and legal experts believe the marijuana industry is indeed luring transients and criminals to Colorado.

Doesn’t Lompoc have enough transients? We are currently plagued with unbelievable heaps of trash along the Santa Ynez River access paths. I am concerned that many more will be lured here, along with criminals if this industry is allowed to flourish in Lompoc.
