In grade school, our children are taught to read, study, and discuss the subject matter before taking the test. Those who don’t usually fail.
Congresswoman Pelosi and the Democrats follow the policy of passing bills before they read, study, and discuss the subject matter.
This leads to the question: Are the Democrats and Pelosi smarter than a 5th grader?
The answer is obvious!
