Unlike the past two presidential campaigns both parties have old people running for office. Hillary is 68 and The Donald is 70. Neither has released full health information, but letās face it, they both are probably on medications for blood pressure, cholesterol, and maybe even thyroid. Itās a fact of life for most folks older than 60 that we use drugs to balance the systems that hormones used to support. I want both to release full medical records plus Donald to release full tax returns so we know where he gets and gives money, plus what tax rate he pays compared to the average American worker.
Hillaryās been successful, sheās made money, sheās made mistakes, and sheās made a positive difference in this world. She could be sitting in her beautiful home, playing with grandkids, sipping the best wine, and reflecting on all that she has accomplished. Sheās not. Sheās exhausting herself running for the top office in the land against a man who hasnāt even served on a local water board, let alone served the poor, helped children get medical care, fought AIDS, or served as secretary of state trying to keep world peace.Ā
If I could talk to her Iād say, āHillary, pace yourself. Make sure you get good sleepāat least seven hours per nightādrink plenty of liquids, and eat a high-protein diet to keep up your strength. Donāt worry what The Donald is doing, this isnāt a reality TV show, this is the future of our country. So hang closer to home, hold press conferences sharing your plans and ideas, and show how presidential we know you are.
āMeanwhile, in November itās up to each American voter to make a wise and thoughtful decision. Hillary, youāre the most qualified candidate who has ever run for the presidency. If you donāt win this election it truly is a reflection of who weāve become as a countryāa sad reflectionābut potentially the true reflection of how shallow, selfish, and ignorant weāve become. If you lose, God help us all.ā
