Can’t afford a new home? There’s always a chance you could win one in a raffle. Tickets are currently being sold for $100 a piece for the chance to win the Central Coast St. Jude Dream Home. The $350,000 house is being built by Flatley Homes at their Celebration subdivision, off of Miller and Betteravia in Santa Maria.

“Our network of subcontractors and suppliers have really embraced the mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and come together by donating their materials and labor,” said Terry Flatley, Jr., in a press release. “The building industry does not often have unique opportunities to give back to the community, so the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway has been a great way mobilize our teams behind such an important cause.”

Ten thousand tickets will be sold for the home raffle, with the proceeds going directly to St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital. In addition to the house, 19 other prizes will be given away, including home theater packages from Audio Video City, a diamond pendant necklace from C.B. Hood Diamond Co., a connoisseur wine experience at Addamo Vineyards, an entire baby room furniture set from Johnson’s for Children, and more.

Tickets are being sold at First American Title locations, the Home Builders Association in San Luis Obispo, Addamo Vineyards Tasting Room, Discolandia, or by calling 1-800-834-5794. The winners of the house and other prizes will be drawn on July 26.
