Nonprofit leaders will learn how to better navigate rough financial waters during the Nonprofit Support Center’s seventh annual Lompoc Collaboration Faire on Nov. 19.
The theme of the event is “taking care during challenging times” and features networking sessions and guest speakers. Ron Gallo, CEO of the Santa Barbara Foundation, will discuss new approaches to grant-making. The Fund for Santa Barbara’s executive director, Geoff Green, will share tools and strategies for coping with the current economic downturn. Therapist Anne Bockius will discuss “Taking Care of Yourself.”
Attendance costs $15 per person if paid online by Nov. 17 or $20 at the door, and includes a contact list of all participants, admission to the conference, continental breakfast, and a boxed lunch.
The event will take place at Lompoc Adult School, located at 320 N. J St.
