Nonprofit leaders will learn how to better navigate rough financial waters during the Nonprofit Support Center’s seventh annual Lompoc Collaboration Faire on Nov. 19.

The theme of the event is ā€œtaking care during challenging timesā€ and features networking sessions and guest speakers. Ron Gallo, CEO of the Santa Barbara Foundation, will discuss new approaches to grant-making. The Fund for Santa Barbara’s executive director, Geoff Green, will share tools and strategies for coping with the current economic downturn. Therapist Anne Bockius will discuss ā€œTaking Care of Yourself.ā€

Attendance costs $15 per person if paid online by Nov. 17 or $20 at the door, and includes a contact list of all participants, admission to the conference, continental breakfast, and a boxed lunch.

The event will take place at Lompoc Adult School, located at 320 N. J St.
