Santa Maria businesses can train supervisors to prevent sexual harassment with a two-hour course presented by United Staffing Associates.
Enrollment is open for the two-hour class, led by 20-year human resources veteran Betsey Nash. The course includes a PowerPoint presentation, interactive student materials, proof of attendance, and certificate of completion. An online version of the course is also available.
USAās Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Supervisors course is mandatory every two years for supervisors in businesses with 50 or more employees, and for new supervisors within six months of their promotion. The class covers the required prevention curriculum and provides practical strategies for preventing all kinds of harassment that could develop in a modern workforce.
