The city of Lompoc is inviting all local fathers to treat their little Valentines to a night of dancing at the annual Father Daughter Sweetheart Dance.
Hosted by the Lompoc Parks, Recreation, and Urban Forestry Department, the dance is open to girls ages 3 to 18 and their fathers.
Due to the popularity of past events, this yearās dance will be held over a three-night period: Feb. 5 through 7 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. The deadline to register is Jan. 27, and tickets cost $16 per couple. Additional children in the same family cost $8 each. Tickets might be available at the door, but families are encouraged to register in advance.
Individually wrapped flowers are provided to each young lady as part of the ticket price. There will be snacks and beverages available throughout the evening, and Maria Vega Photography will be on site offering professional portrait packages.
