Commercial cannabis license-use applications in Lompoc are available to the public starting March 1.
The applications can be accessed at cityoflompoc.com/clerk/cannabis. More information about the application process, including fees and requirements, are also available on the city’s cannabis webpage.
Additionally, the city will hold a public workshop on March 5 from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Lompoc City Hall, 100 Civic Center Plaza. Those seeking to attend the workshop are asked to RSVP to ccuinfo@ci.lompoc.ca.us. The workshop will feature a brief informational session on the application process, and a question-and-answer session.
The city’s new cannabis webpage features information about state cannabis regulations, copies of local cannabis use ordinances and regulations, contact information for questions about business tax licenses, zoning and land-use questions, and general inquiries about cannabis businesses in Lompoc can also be found at the webpage.
