To celebrate its one-year anniversary, staffers at Beauty Connection are holding a series of events to show their appreciation to the community and clients.
The salon will hold a Ladies Night on Nov. 12 from 4 to 8 p.m. with Bare Escentuals’ representatives and wine tasting from Kenneth Volk Winery. On Nov. 13, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the salon will give back, with that day’s profits going to Santa Maria Valley YMCA. The Santa Maria Valley Chamber of Commerce will perform a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and visitors will be able to sign up for free deep conditioning by Enjoy and Blow Dry Style and low-cost express facials by Lauren.
The celebration continues with Murad Skin Care Spa Day on Nov. 14, complete with free mini facial peels from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and concludes on Nov. 15 with an open house from noon to 4 p.m. Entertainment, hors d’oeuvres, and wine will be provided, as will free gifts and door prizes. All events have limited seating.
