Away from home and in need of some barbecue? Not a problem. The Hitching Post recently launched a mail-order service that can deliver its famous steak, lobster, ribs, and artichokes anywhere in the United States. The products are flash frozen and then shipped, meaning that the food is prepared exactly as it would be at the restaurant.
Co-owner Stacey Ostini started the new company, Hitching Post Products BBQ2YOU, along with Terri Stricklin. The duo announced in a press release that testers in other states have loved the product and said it’s just like eating at the Hitching Post.
“So many wonderful, longtime customers have moved far away from the Santa Maria Valley. Now they have the opportunity to enjoy hitching Post food no matter where they live,” Ostini said in a release.
