More than 100 online credit classes are now available at Allan Hancock College. Registration will be open until the day before fall semester starts on Aug. 21.

The courses are the school’s effort to introduce more flexibility and convenience to student schedules, according to a Hancock press release. All online classes run six to eight weeks and cover a variety of topics, ranging from accounting to early childhood studies and music.

Nearly 550 traditional classes will take place on one of the college’s three locations, including Saturday-only classes at the Vandenberg Air Force Base Center.

Students can register for physical, online, credit, and no credit classes at the Santa Ynez Valley Center, which opened Aug. 14, or online at hancockcollege.edu/syfall.

A printed schedule for the fall 2017 semester is available at all Hancock College locations and local public libraries, according to the release. The publication contains basic listing information for credit classes. Details about all fall classes are available at hancockcollege.edu.
