The Santa Maria Manufacturers Association, a group promoting local industry and economic development, will hold its next monthly meeting at the Foodbank of Santa Barbara County on July 27.
Foodbank Executive Director Erik Talkin and Director of Operations Kathy Hayes will be the featured speakers at the event, which includes a factory tour. The meeting begins at 7:30 a.m. and includes a breakfast buffet.
The Foodbank of Santa Barbara County distributes food to the hungry through 260 programs, organizations, and churches throughout the county. The Santa Maria facility is located at 490 W. Foster Road.
