The Sun would like to clarify some information printed in the May 15 news brief, “Lompoc Theater edges closer to financial freedom.” The theater is owned by the Lompoc Housing Community Development Corporation, which hasn’t dissolved. The California Department of Finance is responsible for forgiving one of the three liens on the theater.
