Learn all about the Abel Maldonado Community Youth Center and other Santa Maria Valley teen-serving agencies at the center’s 2nd Annual Open House on April 21. The event is free and open to the public, and takes place from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Youth Center, located at 600 S.
