The Santa Maria Valley YMCA is currently accepting registrations for rookie sports basketball and adult arena soccer.

 

Designed for children aged 3 to 6, the rookie sports program encourages participants to learn at their own pace and develop confidence.

 

Players of all levels are welcome to sign up before the Oct. 14 deadline. The cost to register is $48 for YMCA members and $63 for participants.

 

Not to be outdone, adults looking for fun and fitness are encouraged to sign up for arena soccer leagues. The YMCA offers men’s, women’s, coed, and over-35 divisions. Games take place Monday through Friday.

 

The deadline to register is Oct. 9, and the cost is $400 for a YMCA member team and $425 for a
participant team.
