The Santa Maria Valley YMCA offers Spring Break camps to local kids on break from their regular classes the week of April 1 through 5, meeting from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Santa Maria Valley YMCA.

A ā€œPrincess Campā€ for ages 5 to 8 teaches princess etiquette, making a royal crown, accessories, and ends with a princess costume party. Cost is $120 or $140. A ā€œSuper Hero Campā€ for ages 5 to 8 features hero training, arts, and crafts. Cost is $120 or $140. ā€œSplash Campā€ is for ages 6 to 12 and is a traditional day camp that teaches swimming and water safety. Cost is $120 or $140. ā€œCamp Xtremeā€ is for kids ages 8 to 12 and features several field trips and activities at the YMCA. Cost is $150 or $170.
