Sundays mean fun days in the pool at the Paul Nelson Aquatic Center, where the One-Way Water Polo organization conducts water polo workouts.

Experienced masters of the sport aged 18 and up can practice from noon to 1 p.m. Youth aged 7 and up can try their hand at the sport from 1 to 3 p.m. The first two sessions are free for all participants. There will be no workouts on May 24.

One-Way Water Polo is dedicated to promoting the sport of water polo and training athletes of all skill levels and age groups.

The Paul Nelson Aquatic Center is located at the Abel Maldonado Community Youth Center, 600 S. McClelland Street, in Santa Maria.
