The various music programs at Lompoc Union School District schools are the subjects of a benefit event in Lompoc on June 1.
The fundraiser event will include a barbecue starting at 5 p.m., a keynote address by Lompoc Mayor John Linn at 7 p.m., and live jazz/funk/rock music from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Lompoc Veterans Memorial Hall, 1000 East Locust St., Lompoc.
