The Tri City Sound Chorus, a chapter of Sweet Adelines International, is offering “Singing Valentines” to locals in Lompoc, Vandenberg Village, and the Santa Maria Valley. Those interested must call and make a reservation. All proceeds go toward funding local music scholarships.
Chorus members of the female, barbershop-style ensemble are available to perform live on Feb. 14 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with location by request. Cost is $25 per sweetheart visit. Those interested in procuring a reservation must call 736-1874 by Feb. 13 at 7 p.m.
Tri City Sound is a non-profit organization that performs and preserves traditional American barbershop harmony. The chorus is open to all women interested in learning about the style, as well as singing, performing, and sisterhood.
