The Tri City Sound Chorus, a chapter of Sweet Adelines International, is offering “Singing Valentines” to locals in Lompoc, Vandenberg Village, and the Santa Maria Valley. Those interested must call and make a reservation. All proceeds go toward funding local music scholarships.

Chorus members of the female, barbershop-style ensemble are available to perform live on Feb. 14 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with location by request. Cost is $25 per sweetheart visit. Those interested in procuring a reservation must call 736-1874 by Feb. 13 at 7 p.m.

Tri City Sound is a non-profit organization that performs and preserves traditional American barbershop harmony. The chorus is open to all women interested in learning about the style, as well as singing, performing, and sisterhood. Rehearsals are Thursday evenings from 6:45 to 9 p.m. at the Lutheran Church of Our Savior, 4725 S. Bradley Road, Orcutt. More information is available at 736-1874 or tricitysound@comcast.net.
