For the eighth time, the best of the Pac-7 senior baseball players will go head to head against the cream of the crop in the Los Padres League at the Senior All-Star Game on June 3.

The game is sponsored by the Santa Maria Packers and was conceived by Packers general manager Scott Nickason as a way to showcase the best local high school baseball talent.

The game will be played at Elks Field, 600 S. McClelland Road, in Santa Maria. Batting practice begins at 4:30 p.m. with the game to follow at 7 p.m. Admission is $5 for attendees 13 and older, while children 12 and younger get in free.
