The Santa Maria Public Library’s Shepard Hall is a beloved showing space for local artists, and the library just announced how it plans to show art there through next year. The hall will showcase the art of several local artists year round, and some exhibits will rotate out every two months.

The artists included at the Shepard Hall are Minnie Anderson, Larry Appel, Esther Bartlett, Marilyn Benson, Susan Buchanan, Fred Cooper, Margaret Cooper, Mary Housel, Ryan Mack, Jim Stoicheff, and Sara Voss. Viewing hours for the Shepard Hall are during regular library hours when the hall isn’t booked for events, Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
