The Santa Maria Joint Union High School District’s (SMJUHSD) Professional Development Center just received a new mural painted by district art teachers. The 7-foot-tall mural stretches 40-feet along the boardroom wall and depicts an aerial view of Santa Maria.

Ernest Righetti High School art teachers LeeAnne Del Rio and Melissa Johnson, Santa Maria High School instructors Merrie Okie Goldin (pictured) and Autumn Jennings, and Pioneer Valley High School teacher George Karamitsos (pictured) completed the mural at the end of March.
