The Santa Maria Civic Theatre holds auditions for a staged reading of In the Mood, Part 2 on Feb. 19 at 6 p.m. and Feb. 20 at 7 p.m. Writer/director Dixie Arthur is seeking to cast three men and three women, all between the ages of 50 and 80.
In the Mood, Part 2 is a one-act play about newly formed relationships that develop between three elderly women and three elderly men.
Auditions are held Feb. 19 at 6 p.m. and Feb. 20 at 7 p.m. and the staged reading takes place March 17 and 18 at 7 p.m. and March 19 at 1:30 p.m. at the Santa Maria Civic Theatre, 1220 S. McClelland St., Santa Maria. More info: dixieleearthur@yahoo.com.
