The Santa Maria Public Library, along with its Orcutt, Guadalupe, and Cuyama branch locations, is offering summer reading programs June 9 through Aug. 2. Reading programs include Literary Elements for adults, Spark a Reaction for teens, and Fizz, Boom, Read for kids ages 12 and under. Classes include prizes and incentives.
