The Pacific Conservatory Theater (PCPA) is offering two Young People’s Projects Intensives this fall, for young aspiring actors.
The workshops include small group teaching and mentorship with PCPA actors, musicians, and dancers. They are designed for young but serious performers. Each acting camp meets for six weeks on Sundays from Oct. 8 to Nov. 12.
The Theatre Sports workshop is a form of improvisational theater, which uses a competition format for ages 12 to 16, and class meets from 9 to 10:15 a.m. Song and Dance (part one) focuses exclusively on singing and dancing for musical theater. Designed for ages 13 to 16, the class meets from 10:10 to 11:45 a.m.
