Students and staff from Isaac Miller Elementary School will celebrate the opening of their new track with a jog-a-thon fundraiser starting at 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 5.
The track will be dedicated to the memory of Elaine Barnard, a former teacher at Miller Elementary School who passed away unexpectedly in March. The dedication begins at 8 a.m.
