Don’t feel like sitting around for another Super Bowl? The Sierra Club is holding a hike and potluck as an alternative to the big game on Feb. 6.
Join the club as members hike the Point Sal road to their potluck dinner destination, a four-mile round trip with a 600-foot elevation gain. Hikers will need to bring a daypack with food to share, as well as a plate, utensils, and water for themselves. The group will meet at 3 p.m. in the parking lot of the CVS at the corner of Clark Avenue and Bradley Road in Orcutt.
