Join the docents at the Oceano campgrounds for a free half-mile walk around the Oceano lagoon and learn about how the Chumash lived before explorers arrived.
Scheduled for Oct. 25, the walk begins at 1:30 p.m. Meet at the Nature Center at 555 Pier Ave., Oceano.
