The C Gallery in Los Alamos is calling for art/fashion submissions for the PINK show, opening April 17. Art submissions should relate to the idea or the color of pink. A painting, sculpture, designed garment, or collage may express “tickled pink,” but it doesn’t necessarily have to have the color pink in the work.
Submissions are due at the C Gallery April 7, 8, 9, and 10. Visit thecgallery.com, under Events, for the entry form, or call the gallery so they can mail a form.
The entries will be judged into the show by three artists. Considerations include quality of work, creative connection to the theme, size, and availability of space. There will be an opening reception for the artists on April 17 from 4 to 6 p.m. The exhibit will be on display from April 17 until May 5.
