The top seniors from 14 high school teams in Northern Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties will clash on the gridiron at the second annual FCA All-Star Football Classic on June 2 at Atascadero High School.
The South team will be composed of players from Santa Ynez, Lompoc, Cabrillo, St. Joseph, Righetti, Pioneer Valley and Santa Maria high schools. The North will feature the best from Paso Robles, Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande, Nipomo, Morro Bay, and Templeton high schools.
This yearās event is organized by the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and co-sponsored by the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians Foundation, which made a $14,000 donation for the game.
The game begins at 7 p.m. There will also be a raffle at halftime, with the winner receiving a car or truck.
