The Pacific Conservatory for the Performing Arts is raring up for its summer season, which often sees the company’s numbers double to meet the demands of productions at both the Marian and Solvang Festival theaters. Actors and technicians who will be arriving near May will need affordable housing in the area while working for PCPA during the summer season.
PCPA is looking for locals to rent out apartments over garages, backyard guest cottages, lofts, or even an extra bedroom. Minimum requirements are a room with a bed, a private or accessible bathroom, and an onsite laundry facility. Walking distance to PCPA and Allan Hancock College is hoped for, but not necessary. Donated housing may be tax deductible.
