Allan Hancock College announced five members of its women’s softball team were named All-Conference for the 2012 season.

Leading the way was sophomore catcher Caitlin Voss, who was named All-SoCal and first team All-Conference. Voss finished the season with 12 homeruns and 55 RBIs, and has accepted a scholarship offer with Cal State University-Davis.

Joining Voss on the first team were freshmen Moriah Vargas and Ashley Spencer. Vargas scored 24 runs and hit .377; Spencer led the team in batting with a .423 average, scored 42 runs, and had 52 hits. Vargas and Spencer will return to the Bulldogs next season as co-captains.
