Sports-related memorabilia and other unique items will be up for bid at the Allan Hancock College Boosters’ 11th annual Joe White Memorial Dinner and Auction on Aug. 18.
The event will be held at the Santa Maria Fairpark Pavilion, 937 S. Thornburg in Santa Maria. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. for a social hour and silent auction, followed by a New York-strip steak dinner starting promptly at 7:07 p.m. The live auction follows.
Admission is $40 per person, and tables for 10 are $500. Interested parties can also become a “Gold Table Sponsor” for a donation of $1,000, which includes premium seating for 10 guests, a special wine with dinner, and sponsor mentions in the event program. Proceeds from the auction will go to benefit Allan Hancock College athletics.
