The Allan Hancock College Bulldogs are teaming up with the Toys for Tots Foundation of Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties to celebrate the holiday season, which coincides with basketball season.
At the annual Bulldog Classic women’s basketball tournament, set for Dec. 11 through 13, guests can get a three-day tournament pass by bringing an unwrapped toy worth $10 or more to the Joe White Memorial Gymnasium on Dec. 11 between 1 and 7 p.m.
The Bulldogs will be hosting teams from Monterey Peninsula, Cuesta, Saddleback, Fullerton, Las Positas, Siskiyous, and Sequoias colleges. For more information, call Kim Ensing, Hancock’s associate dean of physical education, health, and athletics, at 922-6966, Ext. 3359.
