EnergyPartners Fund recently awarded a $750 grant to the Santa Maria Public Library in order to support the Guadalupe Branch Library. The grant was for the procurement of books relating to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).

Books are already on the shelves thanks to the donation made by the group of energy professionals, business partners, and community advocates. The EnergyPartners Fund has engaged more than 50,000 students in hands-on, innovative learning in the STEM fields since it began in 2008.

Those interested can visit the Guadalupe Branch Library, 4719 W. Main St., Suite D, in Guadalupe. More info: 925-0994, Ext. 319, or djackson@cityofsantamaria.org.
