Enter to win getaways to Italy or Hawaii and support the Northern Santa Barbara County Special Olympics at the same time by participating in CBS2/KCAL9’s Charity Golf Classic Golf Ball Drop on Aug. 3.

During the event, a CBS or KCAL helicopter will hover over a target hole at Lakeside Golf Club in Toluca Lake and drop thousands of individually numbered balls. The three contestants whose balls land in or closest to the hole will be winners.

If multiple balls go in the hole, the one at the bottom will be the first-place winner of a four-day vacation package to Italy, including airfare, hotel accommodations, and a limo ride to LAX. Second place wins a four-day Hawaiian vacation with airfare and hotel included, and third place will receive a big-screen TV. The winners will be announced on Aug. 3 at the Golf Classic’s awards banquet.

All proceeds from the fundraiser will support the Northern Santa Barbara County Special Olympics.

Golf balls cost $20 each or $100 for six, available only to people at least 21 years old.

To buy golf balls, visit sosc.org and download the order form or call the Special Olympics Southern California office at (562) 354-2606.
