Actors and technicians producing PCPA’s summer season of theatre in Santa Maria and Solvang will soon be in need of affordable housing.

From May through September, this group of talented theatre professionals will need furnished rooms, apartments, or lofts as they produce The 39 Steps, Hairspray, The Two Gentlemen of Verona, My Fairytale, and Caroline, or Change.

Affordable housing costing $450 a month or less allows this group of nearly 200 artists—who are here on scholarship—to practice their craft. Housing must be available between May 16 and June 1. Most interns will be residing here through part of August, with some staying until September 19. Walking distance to PCPA and Allan Hancock College is strongly preferred, but isn’t required.

Donated housing could be tax deductible.

To help out with housing, contact PCPA’s Company Manager Amy Barrick at 928-7731, Ext. 3153.
