Applications are now available for Santa Maria Arts Council grants for nonprofits. The application deadline is Monday, April 30.
Two $500 grants will be awarded on Monday, May 21, with an aim to support Santa Maria Valley programs through short-term projects that enhance the arts. A project’s emphasis should be on youth programs supporting the arts and developing students’ artistic awareness.
The organization must sit in the geographical area served by the Santa Maria Arts Council and present activities that take place in that area and that benefit Santa Maria Valley residents.
