The Santa Maria Valley Discovery Museum and the 510 Event Center have paired up to provide a unique event designed to give parents a chance to enjoy some nightlife while their kids enjoy some safe and fun childcare.
āDate Nightā offers childcare and tickets for dinner and a live comedy event on Nov. 29. Kids can be dropped off at the Santa Maria Valley Discovery Museum at 6:45 p.m. with dinner starting at the 510 Event Center down the street at 7 p.m. Children must be potty trained and able to handle their own intimate care.
MEGA 97.1 radio has donated four passes to the San Diego Zoo to be raffled among parents who participate in date night. The event costs $30 per person, which includes childcare.
Tickets can be purchased at the Santa Maria Valley Discovery Museum at 705 S. McClelland or the 510 Event Center at 510 South Broadway, Santa Maria. More information is available at 928-8414, smvdiscoverymuseum.com, or 510eventcenter.com.
