Straight Down’s Fall Classic is currently accepting requests for volunteer caddies to work the 13th annual golf tournament, set for Nov. 14 and 15 at the San Luis Obispo Country Club.

For this year’s tourney, Straight Down, a golf apparel and accessory company, is teaming with the ALS Association to help provide assistance to those with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis—commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease.

A quarter of the proceeds from this year’s entry fees will be donated to ALS, according to the company.

The player list for the event will be released soon and will no doubt be on par with those of past tournaments, which have played host to international golf stars. Think Fred Couples, Loren Roberts, John Daly, and Tom Lehman.

The SLCC is located at 255 Country Club Dr. in SLO.
