The annual car show, cruise, and concert fundraising event Cruzin’ For Life has been extended to three days this year, running from Sept. 21 to 23 at the Santa Maria Fairpark.
The weekend kicks off with Family Fun Night, an evening of carnival rides and games, a car show meet and greet, and a ’60s dance at the Plaza Pavilion. The event continues Saturday with a car show, live music, a cruise down Broadway Road, and a dinner/live auction to close out the night. Sunday concludes with Cruzin For Life’s first ever benefit concert, a performance by Los Lobos along with Dave Mason, and the Stray Cat Lee Rocker. American Graffiti’s Candy Clark will host the concert.
Cruzin’ For Life is a benefit for Marian Cancer Care, the American Cancer Society’s Camp Reach for the Stars, and the Young Cancer Survivors Scholarship Fund.
