The colorful watercolor and acrylic paintings of Mandy Weathers and the metal sculptures of Tesi Sanchez-Halpert combine in a “Creating Happiness” exhibit during September at Gallery Los Olivos. Weathers and Sanchez-Halpert will be featured artists Sept. 1 through 30.
